Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with universities, student groups, and career centers to attract early-career talent.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment activities such as career fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
• Manage end-to-end hiring for interns and graduate roles, from sourcing and screening to offer coordination.
• Partner with business and HR teams to align campus hiring strategies with workforce needs.
• Support internship and graduate programs through onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking.
