Your Role

As a Business Development Assistant Manager, you will :

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within commercial sector .
  • Recommend and customise innovative solutions to meet client needs, positioning the Company as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business cases to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical support) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Represent the Company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or solution selling within the hospitality or commercial sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Independent, self driven and results focused with minimal supervision.
  • Innovative thinker with strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new markets.
  • Good knowledge of the hospitality landscape in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia will be added bonus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
  • Willing to travel regionally when required.
