Responsibilities : Manage
in‑flow and out‑flow of cash for
events.
Maintain accurate financial records and
transaction documentation.
Assist with
invoicing, payments, and reconciliations related to
events.
Monitor budgets and expenses, flagging
discrepancies.
Prepare financial reports for
each event / project.
Support the events team with
financial compliance and
audits.
Requirements : Diploma / Degree
in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 2
years of finance experience (preferably in events / project-based
work).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting
software.
Detail-oriented with good
organizational skills.
