Stolt-Nielsen’s fast growing governance team is looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant.

We are looking for a Receptionist. This role acts as a front-liner of the office.

Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids : chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. We also focus on opportunities in aquaculture & LNG. Stolt-Nielsen plays an essential part in the global supply chain and every one of our people contributes to our success.

What you will be doing

As a Receptionist – You will operate the office switchboard, manage mail sorting and welcome guests, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and directing them to the relevant employees.
  • Receive, sort and distribute letters and packages to the respective departments or employees.
  • Greet and receive visitors at the reception area.
  • Email administrative invoices to the Finance Team in Manila for Purchase Order creation.
  • Manage the distribution and storage of stationeries.
  • Purchase monthly office parking for staff.
  • Maintain and file office machine’s maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor access cards).
  • Provide support to the Office Manager when needed.

Qualifications

  • GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Experience in Customer Service (Reception)
  • Administration Support Role
  • Outlook, Microsoft Words, Excel
