Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation.
  • Gather requirements through interviews, observations, and data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support and maintain process maps, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work with SOW Program team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Participate in the testing, rollout, and monitoring of process improvements and system changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a business analysis, operations, or process improvement role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Visio, or project management software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with KYC and CLM process and toolset, workflow systems, and CAWB is an advantage.
