Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary :
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing key human resource functions. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the HR strategy, improving processes, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both local and foreign hires.
- Ensure all MOM, Work Pass, and regulatory requirements are complied with (e.g., WP, S Pass, EP applications, renewals, and cancellations).
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files.Handle contract preparation, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.3. Employee Relations
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally.Support conflict resolution and mediation efforts.4. Payroll & Benefits
Liaise with payroll department to ensure accurate input of HR data.5. Reporting & Analysis
Assist in audits and prepare reports for MOM or internal compliance.Requirements :
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a construction / marine / oil & gas environment.Familiarity with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and work pass systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.Tell employers what skills you have
