Responsibilities :
- Ensure operational readiness of the department, including cleanliness and adequate stationery supplies.
- Register patients and update next-of-kin contact details accurately.
- Attend to patient enquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Support admission processes including financial counselling and monitoring bed requests.
- Manage patient discharge and transfer procedures, including system updates, appointment scheduling, and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring data privacy and security.
- Promote and assist with the use of self-help kiosks for registration.
- Provide administrative support for daily operations and departmental events.
- Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and prepare necessary documentation.
Requirements :
Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification or equivalent.Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an added advantage.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
