We are seeking a dynamic Agile Business Analyst to act as a vital link between business needs and the delivery of exceptional products and services that generate value for our customers and stakeholders.

In this role, you will engage diverse projects spanning regional rewards programme, call center solutions, and AI initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple teams – ranging from internal departments to external telecommunication partners across the region – ensuring seamless project execution with measurable outcomes. Additionally, you will present project updates and insights to a broad audience from colleagues to partners of all levels

Make an Impact by

• Collaborate with the Agile Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to define, prioritise and deliver business initiatives using agile methodologies.
• Contribute to ideation, innovation and solution development to address business challenges.
• Manage project scope effectively, resolve issues promptly and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Track action items and follow through to successful resolution.
• Facilitate smooth implementation and turnover of solutions to business owners and end users.
• Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to validate solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document requirements, user stories, and process flows to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
• Adapt duties as needed in response to evolving business requirements and project scope changes.

Skills for Success

• 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, project management, or a related role within an agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Business Computing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to successfully manage cross-functional or cross-border initiatives.
• Proactive problem solver with a collaborative approach and eagerness to learn.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding with Agile principles, methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.
