Job description

Duration : 1year

Location : Novena

Working Hours : Mon - Thurs (8.30AM - 6.00PM), Fri (8.30AM - 5.30PM)

Responsibilities :

1. Comms & Engagement (Main Focus)

Plan and execute communication strategies for various groups :
Talent programme officers
Leadership groups
Supervisors of talent officers
Senior Executive officers (for career development)

2. Support Talent Development Initiatives

Review or introduce new leadership / career development programmes (e.g. domain-specific career tracks, mentoring).

Help organise development activities like : Crisis communication workshops Onboarding for talent officers Phoenix Community activities

Posting exercises and supervisor training modules

Requirements :

2-7 years of relevant experience in communications, engagement, or HR.

Strong understanding of leadership development and stakeholder needs.

Effective communicator who can work well with internal teams and senior management.

Proficient in comms tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
