Roles And Responsibilities :
- Manage enrichment programmes enrolment, sales and fee collection
- Do centre enrollment and centre tour
- Be proactive to promote products or services ro potential customers
- Increase sales, brand awareness and customer engagement
- Update and maintain regular and accurate records
- Attend to parent enquiries (phone calls, emails, face-to-face)
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
- Assist the Supervisor in ensuring all administrative work is completed and support the supervisor and the management team, good customer service
- Assist in the centre's operational needs when assigned
- Salary will depends on the numbers of years experience
- Assist in the planning / organising / execution of school events
- Participate in promotional activitie
- Ever Work in a childcare enviroment will be beneficial
