Leading design for Reap Direct

As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll be the most senior designer for our Reap Direct business line . Reap Direct powers our corporate cards, expense management, and payment tools—you’ll design experiences that businesses rely on every day to move money with speed and confidence . You’ll set the direction for how Reap Direct should look, feel, and work—and ensure every detail works in harmony with a bigger, coherent vision. You’ll work closely with PMs, engineers, and leadership to shape strategy, while staying hands-on in the craft.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Reap Direct —from early discovery and research, through rapid prototyping, to polished product UI.
• Define the design direction for Reap Direct , ensuring it connects seamlessly to the broader Reap platform.
• Run design sprints, workshops, and strategy sessions that move ideas from concept to clarity.
• Turn complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive experiences guided by research, data, and strong design instincts.
• Contribute to and evolve Reap’s design system —ensuring Reap Direct is both consistent and distinctive within the platform.
• Mentor designers working alongside you —raising the bar for craft, critique, and critical thinking.
• Push the practice forward by experimenting with new tools and techniques (including AI and code) and sharing learnings.
• Champion accessibility and usability across every product and platform.
• Continuously refine how we design —improving processes, feedback loops, and team rituals.
