Responsibilities
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and lead the annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and training roadmap.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external training programmes, including sourcing and managing training vendors.
- Manage training budgets, contracts, and ensure cost tracking and compliance with company policies.
- Organize and conduct employee orientation and onboarding programmes to support new hires’ integration.
- Maintain training calendars, HR portal updates, and accurate training records and documentation.
- Administer training grants, claims, and training bonds in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc learning initiatives and training-related requests as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, HR Training, or related HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in training coordination, vendor management, and training budget administration.
