Human Resource Executive (Generalist) #HVW
Responsibilities
- Provide HR operational support for all Human Resources, including : recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, compensation analysis, performance management, and reporting / analytics.
- Support and facilitate organizational changes.
- Process claims and valid passes.
- Process transactions in HR systems including promotions, new hires, terminations, organizational changes, etc. through required workflow processes.
- Liaise with HR specialists and partners, including Benefits and Payroll, to manage and resolve employee inquiries.
- Contribute to, and may have project ownership of, certain processes for HR-related initiatives.
- Manage headcount and create job descriptions for open positions.
- Create and maintain employee P-Files.
- Support the team with ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or other relevant certificate.No experience needed, full training provided.Able to start work immediately.Excellent communication skills are a must.Good management skills of the team.If you are interested in this position, please send your most updated resume to .
