Brink's Singapore is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brink's, Incorporated. We are currently looking for a dynamic candidate to join us as : Operation Manager.
Role :
Operation Manager provides the overall leadership and responsibility of entire Cash operation management of the company. The incumbent has responsibility for the continued advancement of the country's operation, operational excellence maturity and lean transformation to achieve world-class service level delivery to the customers. This leader will drive the operational management adoption, customer experience management, operational excellence, business analytic strategy and digitalization journey across multiple sites including championing the lean transformation within business areas. The effort will build, proliferate and maintaining a transparent, dependent, self-sustaining, and healthy operation with culture of continuous improvement embraced across all levels.
Responsibilities :
- Align the strategic directions and business objectives with Top Management, translate into holistic Business and Operational Excellence strategies achieving business goal within country level.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term initiatives, roadmaps for the organization incorporating Operational Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodology.
- Champion a "Stop and Fix" World-Class Operations Management culture by implementing structured daily tiered accountability meetings and actively encouraging problem-solving among operations stakeholders.
- Provide leadership for Cash operations, ensure world class and quality services delivered to the customers.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma of Engineering or Business Administration required.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean practitioner credentials preferred.Formal training or certification in Data analytics or Robotic Process Automation (RPA), especially WSQ-certified programs, is highly desirable.Possess the technical skills necessary to resolve a broad array of business issues (growth, productivity, quality, and margin).High degree of credibility to be convincing and persuasive at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated mastery of a variety of Lean Six Sigma tools.Demonstrated mastery of a operation process management and re-engineering.Has a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within Manufacturing or Production capacity.Exceptional team / workshop facilitation skills.Strong business acumen.Tell employers what skills you have
