Responsibilities :
Strategy and Planning
- Acquire qualified New-To-Bank customers through contacts, referrals from clients and business development activities locally
- Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers
- Engage other departments to get referral opportunities
Business Performance and Management
Attuned to the current economic and financial markets by attending trainings so as to be current and proficient in addressing customer’s queriesAchieve individual sales targets for wealth management, treasury products and insuranceProvide sound financial advice and dispensing customised solutions in alignment with the bank's standards and industry regulationsWork towards Preferred Banking’s intended goalsDeliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolutionAchieve service standards set by the bankPeople Management

Degree / Diploma in any disciplineProfessional Qualification and / or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements
Possess the relevant certifications, i.e., CLI, CGI, HI, M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, and M9ARelevant Work Experience
At least 3 years of relevant Sales experience in Retail BankingThis role involves business development and client engagement activities primarily in the Thailand market.Candidates with relevant regional experience are an added advantageTechnical / Functional Skills
Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in SingaporeAble to work independently with minimal supervisionPersonal Skills (Soft Competencies)
