Overview

We are seeking a Clinic Assistant to support our aesthetic team in delivering excellent client care and smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clients and treatment rooms before procedures.
• Assist doctors during treatments and provide post-care.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and update invoices.
• Handle client enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Support product dispensing, billing, and sales of services / packages.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, stock management, and daily machine checks.
• Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
