C&B Manager - Islandwide, SG

Job descriptionManage and prepare the annual manpower budgeting exercise Review and spearhead innovative C&B projects Provide technical expertise in salary benchmarking and job grading Oversee annual cycles including talent review, salary review, bonus exercises, and discuss plans Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages Analyze market trends, benchmark data, and employee feedback to refine benefits offerings Advise managers on compensation structures, incentives, and benefits policies Manage the administration of employee benefits programs (health insurance, provident fund, wellness initiatives, etc.) Handle HRIS implementation from a C&B perspective Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to manage decision-making and process improvements Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to track KPIs related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS usage Has 10 years of Compensation & Benefits in house experience Experience within the leisure, travel & tourism industry is advantageous. Regional exposure would be a plus Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively. Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in Singapore. Strong business acumens and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. Experience in managing HRIS implementation or process improvement would be a plus Proficient in MS Office, HRIS such as Darwinbox
