This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, and want to represent a leading global eyewear brand who is known for their outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience, providing professional advice on their products, and contributing to the brand’s overall performance.

No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided!

Responsibilities

• Conduct refraction tests and provide dispensing services.
• Offer professional advice on spectacles, frames, and related products.
• Provide contact lens services, including fitting, dispensing, aftercare, and handling complications.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store operations and inventory control.
• Represent the company as a Brand Ambassador and contribute to sales targets.
• Perform cashiering duties and manage in-store transactions.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and follow company SOPs.
