Senior Salesforce Developer / Squad Lead

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience who can lead a development squad and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in the public sector domain. Familiarity with OmniStudio (OmniScripts) is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of developers in implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Design and develop enhancements using Salesforce configurations, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Build scalable and secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Conduct technical analysis and design for customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Ensure best practices in development, code quality, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring developers
• Proficiency in:
• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce configuration/customization
• Salesforce API integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Hands-on experience with OmniStudio / OmniScripts Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset) Certification Requirements
  (Must have at least one of the following and a minimum of 2.5 years Salesforce experience) Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce JavaScript Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer II
