Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the design team to deliver top-quality creative work on schedule
• Produce digital and print marketing materials, including e-commerce visuals, social media content, catalogues, and POP displays
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and campaigns
• Support video production through shoots and editing for promotional use
• Drive conversion-focused design strategies to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling, result-driven campaigns
• Stay updated with design and e-commerce trends to keep outputs innovative
• Manage multiple design projects with effective prioritization and resource planning
