Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy as an integral member of the rehabilitation team.
• Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals for each client.
• Provide occupational therapy services for inpatient wards.
• Design and implement therapy programs for clients with dementia, psychiatric conditions, musculoskeletal, and neurological disorders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to assess and review clients’ progress.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants (TAs) and volunteers in relevant areas.
• Oversee Occupational Therapists under conditional registration.
• Conduct training for Therapy Assistants and caregivers.
• Provide training and education to the team on occupational therapy-related topics.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
