ServiceNow Developer / Senior Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

OUR CLIENT, ServiceNow Developer focuses on designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM processes, ITAM modules, and integrations with external systems . They work under the guidance of technical leads, scoping requirements, configuring tools, and delivering solutions while adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Development : Develop ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations based on client needs, using JavaScript and server-side Java.
• Implementation : Implement ITIL processes, ITAM modules, and Service Catalog workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Technical Expertise : Provide 2nd / 3rd level ServiceNow support, resolving incidents, enhancements, and defects.
• Documentation : Produce and maintain detailed system documentation, including design specifications and testing procedures.
• Client Communication : Follow up on client needs, provide timely status reports, and collaborate with the project team.
• Problem-solving : Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall quality of the delivered solutions.
