Senior Network Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Summary :

SHEIN is seeking a passionate and dynamic technologist to join our IT Enterprise team. Based onsite at our Singapore office, this individual will serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for all network-related matters across our Singapore office and warehouse locations, while also providing remote support to our distributed users.

The network engineer will be working directly with the IT Manager in Singapore, business teams and IT Leadership to transition and document IT infrastructure and security projects from engineering to production support.

Core Responsibilities :

• Day to day escalation support for backend and cloud networks
• Prepare, maintain, and keep updated IT procedures and documentation related to our processes and platforms operations
• Collaborate with department personnel and design innovative solutions for all IT issues for all of the warehouse and corporate network technologies
• Ensure the company is adhering to information security best practices
• Maintain the hardware lifecycle and inventory management of all IT equipment and networks
• Sustain high-availability service levels and ensure fulfillment of business-wide service levels and operational support objectives.
• Lead individual contributor in IT infrastructure and security projects in designing and evaluating new technologies
