Covers design aspect :
- space planning, conceptual design development and detailing.
- layout planning, Material and construction proposal.
- articulate and present design proposal to client
- produce detail, shop and construction drawings and specifications, maintaining and monitoring the drawings schedule.
- Responsible for work related to drafting and design including, 2D detailing and 3D modeling, site survey and AS built.
- Liase and coordinate with designers, supplier and vendors.
- Ensure design / drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements.
- Ensure final drawings are produced on time.
- Goods understanding of material costs and application.
