Roles & Responsibilities
The Project Manager oversees project delivery across the Asia Pacific region, collaborating with customers, sales teams, and partners. Responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications, supporting in client factory acceptance tests (in Denmark or the USA), commissioning, conducting training, and ensuring smooth project handover to clients.
Primary responsibilities
- Maintain strong technical competencies of company products
- Carry out technical specification reviews and submittal of technical compliance statements
- Lead client factory acceptance test
- Oversee and facilitate support of installation and commissioning
- Recognize sales opportunities for company solutions and link potential customers with the appropriate Area Sales Managers
- Provide responsive and effective off-site telephone / email product support to technicians of customers and channel sales network partners
- Perform administrative functions such as safety plans, risk assessments, method statements, site inspection reports, technical reports, customer report.
- Assist R&D manager as needed in relation to new product development
- Own and report customer complaints
- Support technicians of distributor and agents with training in areas that will enhance their competencies and effectiveness to be able to provide high quality customer service support fulfilments for the end-customers in their territory

Electrical Engineering (EE) Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical / Electromechanical installation, Power TechnologyKnowledge is Chillers / PCA Units / Air - Conditioning is a strong advantageKnowledge of include AC / DC power theory, fundamental circuits and components; industrial power control circuits and devices; solid state control and switching devices; and AC utility power distribution is an advantage, full training will be provided for thisProven experience in leading large-scale technical projects, collaborating with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders across multiple geographies and cultural settings with two (2) to five (5) years’ experience with installation, testing, troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical / electronic equipment is required.A self-starter with positive learning and proactive attitude and proven ability to work either independently or as a team player as the situation may require.Must excel in a fast-paced, responsive environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success.Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfacesUnderstanding and openness about other culturesKnowledge and experience with inverter technology will be beneficialMust be willing to travel around 30% to 40% of the time per year including weekends at times (as per required)HOW TO APPLY :
