Salary : From $1,000 SGDper month and above

WorkingArrangement :  Hybrid (at least 2 days work fromoffice)

What You'll BeDoing

1) FinancialAnalysis :

  • Understanding the in-depth financial assessments manage risks, grow their businesses, and achieve financialgoals.
  • Learning the financial planning inareas such as retirement, education, and investments.

Assess how developments in their life might affect theirfinancial plans.

2) Human Resource :

  • Interview & Onboarding : Assist in sourcingand interview of potential candidate and process onboarding of newstaff.
  • Travel Arrangements : Assist in bookingtravel and accommodation for employees and management, ensuring allarrangements are made efficiently.
  • Pantry andLunch Arrangements : Assist in managing pantry supplies, organizingcompany lunches, and ensuring a comfortable break environment foremployees.

    • 3) ProjectManagement :

  • Organizeof Campaigns, events along with mentors guidance.
  • Monitor the progress of deliverable, ensuring adherenceto deadlines, and flagging discrepancies or delays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to addresschallenges and provide updates on project status, ensuring smoothprogress and timely resolution of any concerns.

    • 4)Business Development :

  • Sourcing for new collaboration opportunity in openmarket
  • Handling Clients Seminars &Webinars for Clients Engagements
  • Support theimplementation of effective relationship managementstrategies
  • Contribute to the development ofreports and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliverseamless client experiences
