We are seeking a responsible and dynamic Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales operations at offline promotional events. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of on-site activities, recruiting and managing part-time sales associates, and driving team performance towards achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the sales team during offline events to meet performance goals.
- Recruit, train, and manage part-time sales associates to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Monitor daily sales performance, provide timely feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
- Handle on-site customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Compile and report sales results to management regularly.
- Conduct team briefings to communicate sales goals and activity updates.
Requirements :
Minimum diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or team supervision (retail, events, or financial services preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and resolve on-site challenges independently.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event periods.
