Job Description
Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and training & development.
Ensure full compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other statutory regulations — including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, tax clearances, and IR8A / IR21 submissions.
Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary matters, in a fair, transparent, and compliant manner.
Develop, review, and update HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the employee handbook in alignment with current industry practices and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement
At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail / service industry
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team
Proficient in office software and management tools.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and Work Pass requirement
