Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Responsibilities :
- Assist IT Manager on IT project pipeline management and SDLC fulfilment; participate IT project planning by factoring priority, difficulty, availability matrix
- Review IT project and change requests, maintain IT project master lists, periodic update and report project accomplishment, progress and status
- Assign IT request reference, review business process flow change, perform first level IT risk and dependencies evaluation and liaise with requestor and DevOps team
- Support and deal with 42Q support team for new error types, knowledge transfer to IT support team and establish SOP for common 42Q issue handling
- Converting customer and internal business requirements into functional spec and assist solution related to various manufacturing and business systems
- Report to business stakeholders for IT project and change management progress, contribute to IT solutioning and backup system development
- Identify system gap and dependencies by perform system analysis, assist to perform SIT and coordinate UAT with business owners, assure IT deliverables for quality
- Coordinate with HQ SAP / B2B / GSCM / WMS, etc. IT team for issue root cause analysis, perform analysis, conduct testing and liaise them with business team
- Work with support / development team for issue root cause analysis and bug fixes
Requirements :
Min 1 to 3 years' experience in gathering user requirements, performing analysis, drafting functional spec and implementing IT systems. With good communication and analytical skillDiploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering or relevantFamiliar with any VB / .NET / C# programming skillset and understand project management fundmentalsRelevant experience in IT domain or manufacturing process backgroundCompliance with RBA standards
