Roles & Responsibilities

🏸 Badminton Coach @ Islandwide 🏸 Up to $4k 🏸 Full Time (Perm) 🏸- CS

💰💰Salary💰💰

Basic Salary : $2k to $4k (Basic + incentives based on performance)

⏰ Working hours : 6 days scheduled (1 day 5-8 hours)

📍 Location : Islandwide (2-3 location, need to travel)

🏢 Duties and Responsibilities :

📌 Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions tailored to the skill levels of individual athletes or teams

📌 Develop seasonal and long-term training programs aligned with athlete goals and competition schedules

📌 Teach techniques, tactics, and rules of the sport to improve athlete performance

📌 Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback

📌 Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive attitude

📌 Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes during training and competitions

📌 Identify and nurture talent at various age and skill levels

📌 Collaborate with other coaches, physiotherapists, and support staff as needed

⚙️ Requirements :

✅ Preferably Diploma or Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or related field (not mandatory)

✅ Possessing knowledge of the fundamentals of badminton

✅ Preferably 1-3 years of coaching experience

✅ Preferably possess a coaching license (NCAP / NROC / BWF or equivalent)

✅ First Aid & CPR certification (preferred)

✅ Able to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends
