The Associate Director, Finance will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of our healthcare provision business across all AIA entities. This is a unique opportunity to lead financial planning, reporting, and governance for a growing portfolio of clinics, including greenfield projects and acquisitions. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth initiatives in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management for the healthcare provision business
- Oversee financial operations across clinics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration
- Drive financial setup and governance for new clinic ventures
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support decision‑making
- Ensure timely and accurate group‑level financial consolidation and reporting
- Build and lead a high‑performing finance team across multiple markets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferredAt least 10 years of experience in financial leadership, ideally in healthcare or multi‑entity environmentStrong track record in financial planning, reporting, and operational financeExperience in M&A and building finance functions from the ground up is a plusExcellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsSeniority Level
