You will work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth initiatives in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management for the healthcare provision business
• Oversee financial operations across clinics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance
• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration
• Drive financial setup and governance for new clinic ventures
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support decision‑making
• Ensure timely and accurate group‑level financial consolidation and reporting
