Coordinate and assist in daily operation of M&E services, including planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspection, and upkeep of the estate's common area. Perform weekly checks on the estate's M&E system, including minor troubleshooting of failures. Maintain proper stock control for all mechanical / electrical accessories and materials purchase. Respond to ad-hoc complaints and emergency calls, reinforcing manpower during major breakdowns of M&E equipment within the estate's common area. Ensure service contractors conduct servicing properly and in accordance with the service contract. Follow external contractors at site to carry out routine servicing. Attend to any other M&E related job functions as assigned. Carry out minor repair and handyman tasks, such as fixture / fitting repairs and touch-up painting. Requirements

Only Singaporean applicants. Physical work required. GCE O Level / ITE NTC 2 / 3 or Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Building. At least 1 year of experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities. Able to travel within Islandwide. Able to work morning shifts, afternoon shifts and night shifts.
