Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from enquiry to appointment. This role involves managing front-desk operations, handling transactions, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via calls and walk-ins.
• Manage customer appointments, including bookings, rescheduling, and reminders.
• Handle invoicing, payment collection, and daily settlement duties.
• Perform data entry and assist with report consolidation for submission.
