Associate Director : Finance & Fund Admin

Our client is an established Fund Manager incorporated in Singapore with offices in the region that invest in high‑tech and high‑growth companies. Currently, it manages more than US$550 million.

The fund is headquartered in Singapore, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and holds a CMS licence. We are seeking a strong finance professional to head the finance and fund administration team.

Job Scope

• Report directly to the CFO and assist in all aspects of regulatory compliance, finance and fund administration.
• Supervise, review and monitor the accounting, finance and administrative matters of the Singapore and overseas entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the corporate office, including consolidation.
• Handle budgeting, banking, internal and external audit, taxation, and company secretarial matters.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, tax and regulatory (MAS) requirements.
• Knowledge of FATCA / CRS filings, registration and KYC requirements is advantageous.
• Manage corporate affairs and administrative matters.
• Job scope may expand depending on the caliber of the candidate.
