Your Role :
- Drive membership sales by converting quality leads and identifying new business opportunities within the community.
- Use proven prospecting and closing techniques to achieve personal sales targets and exceed KPIs consistently.
- Ensure all new member admin and contracts are accurately completed in line with Fitness First policies.
- Build and maintain a strong referral network , working closely with the fitness team to generate leads and new joiners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member data to support operational excellence.
- Partner with the Club Manager to develop local networking and corporate partnership opportunities .
- Support the onboarding and integration of new members , recommending relevant club services, classes, and personal training options.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience -from first contact to long-term engagement.
- Live the brand : embody the Fitness First values through your energy, appearance, and approach to service and teamwork.
What You Bring :
