Senior IT Consultant (Salesforce)

Job Description Evaluate business needs, document user stories, and develop Salesforce solutions to meet organizational requirements.

Convert business requirements into technical implementations in line with Salesforce best practices.

Work closely with project teams to facilitate the successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Offer expert advice and support throughout all phases of the implementation process.

Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of Salesforce solutions.

Adhere to IT governance standards, security protocols, and data protection regulations.

Utilize tools and expertise in user story development, process design, and requirements analysis to improve platform functionality. Salary Range : SGD 8,000 - 10,000 Requirements A degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.

At least 8 years of experience with salesforce and with proven track record to perform business analysis, system analysis, and project management tasks. Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills.

Goal-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
