About the Role

I am looking for an Appcalition & Cloud Security Lead to manage and mentor a growing team of security professionals. This role will drive the execution of security initiatives, focusing on application and cloud security across complex environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership skills to deliver high-quality security outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver application and cloud security projects.
• Oversee risk assessments, secure code reviews, threat modelling, and CI / CD pipeline security.
• Direct cloud security assessments, including configuration reviews, identity & access management, and data protection across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices aligned with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, define remediation strategies, and ensure compliance.
• Provide thought leadership in application and cloud security, guiding architecture and design decisions.
• Mentor team members, foster technical growth, and ensure delivery excellence.
