Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Report project progress, delays, or issues to project manager / engineer.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce health & safety regulations.
• Resolve technical and operational problems on-site.
• Manage materials delivery, storage, and usage to avoid wastage.
• Ensure work is completed within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Train, guide, and evaluate site workers to improve efficiency and productivity
