How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for overseeing our AMK Plants manufacturing and transfilling operations. Your core focus is on enhancing plant reliability and production capacity through troubleshooting, process optimization, and project execution. You ensure operational excellence by upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards, while also training and mentoring other staffs.

  • Ensure continuous bulk gas supply and production by managing forecasting, stock levels, and internal supply chain coordination.
  • Initiate and lead process plant optimization, continuous improvement projects, and daily operational enhancements.
  • Lead troubleshooting during abnormal plant operations and coordinate all maintenance activities, including shutdowns, contractor liaison, and PM execution.
  • Supervise Tank Farm Technicians, managing shift schedules, HR administration (ESS), and overall site discipline.
  • Drive technician competency by overseeing continuous training, coaching (LMS), and strict enforcement of safety compliance.
  • Manage site compliance with the IMS and company standards, serving as an IMS Auditor.
  • Act as a key technical contact for customers, providing advice and managing communications regarding consumption abnormalities or escalations.
  • Oversee vendor management, ensuring all external contractors meet site competency and safety induction requirements.
  • Maintain site safety by enforcing procedures, conducting inspections, managing the permit-to-work system, and ensuring all licenses remain valid.
  • Champion safety culture by performing behavioral safety (BSV) observations, conducting Toolbox Meetings, and serving as a CERT member.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of process unit operation and plant processes.
  • Possess a willingness to learn attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to perform hands-on work.
