Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets and profitability goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to support existing business and drive new opportunities.Identify, assess, and pursue new business prospects.Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, providing technical support and resolving issues.Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.Gather and provide timely market insights, customer trends, and relevant data to support marketing efforts.Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless customer service and successful project execution.Requirements
Min. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field).Min. 5 years of proven relevant sales experience.Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry , including its applications, market dynamics, and key players in Singapore.Experience in selling to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) is highly preferred.Knowledge of rubber / plastic products, seals, or bearings.Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.For consideration, kindly submit your CV by clicking “APPLY NOW” or email to mtc095@mtcconsulting.com.sg
