SWAT is looking for a Senior Business & Data Analyst to join the Analytics Team. The ideal candidate is someone who can think critically, is a self-starter, and is comfortable with open-ended problem-solving. We value effective communicators with a positive work attitude that are motivated by the desire to learn, achieve and contribute.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales and operations teams in developing pre-sales solutions, analysing client data and validating solutions with our in-house simulation engine.
Optimise service design and fine-tune service parameters by running simulations to validate and analyse the performance of services
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to evaluate service performances, trends / patterns, and identify actionable insights that could lead to service improvements & better user experiences
Design and set up operational dashboards and queries for internal / external stakeholders
Write scripts to automate the reports workflow and processing of large-scale datasets

Desired Skills

Intermediate to Advanced Python knowledge

Ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and form conclusions based on findings.

Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Exposure to one or more dashboarding platforms (Tableau / PowerBI / Metabase)

Experience with ETL processes and workflows is preferred

Knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) tools would be a bonus

Experience in the transportation sector would be a bonus
