Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues
- Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities
- Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
