Product Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Development Executive  in driving the development and launch of innovative and high-quality PPE products.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, market awareness, project management skills, and strong knowledge of local and global regulatory standards.  Our client is a well-established company in the PPE industry with a strong presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong SAR.

Responsibilities : Conduct market research and user needs analysis to identify product opportunities.

Conceptualise and design new PPE products, including prototyping and iteration.

Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product safety and performance.

Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international PPE standards (ANSI, EN, ISO, NIOSH, etc.).

Source and manage suppliers and vendors for materials and components.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration for product launches.

Analyse competitor activities and develop product positioning strategies.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Product Design, or related field (Master’s preferred).

At least 3 years of product development experience, preferably in PPE or related industries.

Proficiency in CAD software and product lifecycle management systems.

Strong knowledge of PPE regulations, testing procedures, and material selection.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
