Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare full set of accounts
Monthly bank reconciliation
Prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA) and send to debtors (maintain aging of AR)
Ensure timely payment of bills & supplier invoices
Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IRAS matters
Manage employees' record and expenses claims
Foreign workers matter (apply / renew work permit, arrange medical check, maintain CSOC / Core trade / security bond expiry date etc.)
Insurance (renew WIC, Public Liability, Foreign Worker Medical Insurance
Prepare quotations & issue invoices
Ad-hoc duties assigned by director.
Requirements :
Dip / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
Min 2 years of relevant working experiences
Has Singapore work experience in accounting & admin position
Similar working experience in renovation trade will be added advantage
