Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Executive to join our team. This role is all about building relationships, understanding what our clients are looking for, and matching them with suitable applicants.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Talk to clients and understand their needs : Have conversations with clients to find out what kind of help they’re looking for and what’s important to them.
- Chat with applicants : Interview applicants to understand their experience, personality, and whether they’re a good fit.
- Arrange interviews : Set up and guide interviews between clients and applicants, making sure both sides are comfortable and clear about the next steps.
- Prepare documents and contracts : Once a client decides to hire, you’ll draft the agreement so everyone is on the same page.
- Submit applications : Handle the necessary paperwork and follow through on the application process from start to finish.
- Follow up and support : Check in with both clients and applicants after placement to ensure things are going smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For :
Enjoy talking to people and are good at holding friendly conversations.Patient, attentive, and can listen carefully to what others need.Organised and able to manage a few tasks at the same time without losing track.Good in paperwork and following up on details.Proactive — you like to follow things through and make sure they’re done properly.Experience in recruitment or client service is a bonus, but not a must — we’re happy to train the right person.What We Offer
