Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities :
- Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress work
- Able to lead a team of foreign workers
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the main contractors, subsontractors & suppliers
- Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good house-keeping
- Monitor, coordinator, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficient manner
- Supervise & coordinate the activities at project site
- Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work
- Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works
- Supervise site progress which includes attending site meeting and discussion
- Undertake any ad-hoc project assignments as and when assigned
