Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Handle newly booked shipments, ensure documents are ready and accurate before vessel departure.
• Full set of sea freight shipping documents (Eg, permits, BL, Shipping Certs, COO & PL)
• Arrange payment voucher depending on tender and supplier
• Keep vessel ETA / ETD updated on our records and also to keep customers informed in timely manner
• Documents with LC details are to be on BL and printed with Original and send to bank for verification
• Declare permits for DG and NON-DG cargoes making sure quantities, SOB values are correct
• Generate Form AI, SICC certs, COO and also bank drafts are to be printed correctly following instructions before sending out
• Submit VDP for every Bulk shipment with AA DG products
• Any ad hoc allocated by superior
