Required Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architect certifications.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce technical consulting and solution implementation experience.
  • Hands-on technical consulting and solution delivery experience in major software domains (CRM, ERP, HR).
  • Strong coding background in object-oriented languages and Salesforce technologies (Apex, LWC, Omniscript, HTML / CSS, JavaScript, XML).
  • Expert-level knowledge and implementation experience across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Community, Industry / PS Solution).
  • Deep understanding of environment / release management, version control, DevOps practices, and deployment methodologies.
  • Skilled in Salesforce integration patterns (API, ESB, ETL) and authentication standards (SAML, SSO, OAuth, TLS / SSL).
  • Knowledge of systems architecture, scalability, design patterns, data volume limitations, and platform best practices.
  • Experience in database design, data analysis, SOAP / REST APIs, and web development (client & server-side).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Omnistudio Consultant certification.
  • Public Sector Solutions (PSS) experience.
  • Familiarity with architecture and process flow visualization tools.
  • Deep understanding of web services, data modeling, and enterprise application integration.
  • Experience as a Senior Architect / CTO driving digital transformation in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong ability to engage and build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.

    • Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead discovery / definition workshops, develop solution scope, estimate effort, and define non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead technical design sessions, create architecture documentation, and identify solution gaps.
  • Provide hands-on delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.
  • Oversee the full SDLC for Salesforce-related projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Mentor development and QA teams; conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Design and deliver CRM / workflow solutions using Salesforce Apex, Flow, Omnistudio, and LWC.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues; provide technical guidance during critical project phases.
  • Define and promote development standards, methodologies, and reusable assets across the consulting practice.
  • Partner with sales, pre-sales, and engineering teams to help clients maximize value from Salesforce Industry products.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge-sharing, and practice growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
