Job descriptionDegree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field. Strong knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, IEC104) with ability to resolve common communication issues independently. Familiarity with Linux commands and basic system administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with solid documentation and reporting skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities to work directly with clients. High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and willingness to support urgent issues. Flexibility for irregular business travel. Availability to handle emergency issues during weekends and public holidays.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain SCADA / EMS systems for renewable energy projects, ensuring stable performance and timely resolution of system / software issues.
- Handle tasks such as issue investigation, troubleshooting, software upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Address customer feedback and requirements, coordinate with relevant teams, and drive resolution of reported issues.
- Oversee acceptance testing and commissioning of new projects.
- Prepare regular operation and maintenance reports, summarizing system performance and issue resolutions.
