Job Position : Production Supervisor
Monthly Salary : From $3,000 onwards
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise production workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Implement production schedules and assign tasks to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations.
- Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to improve performance and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product quality meets standards.
